 Is This Seat Taken?

The Allen D. Nease High School Marching Band is proud to represent the state of Florida in the 2009 Chick-fil-A Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia this coming December. Among the highlights of the music focused five days are: Concert & Jazz Band Competitions; marching in the Bowl parade through downtown Atlanta; and performing in the nationally televised halftime show.

For liability and safety reasons, the band will travel by coach bus to, within and from Atlanta. The cost per bus is $ 5,454. The Band Boosters Inc have launched a campaign titled Is This Seat Taken? to achieve the goal of securing funds for a bus to the Chick-Fil-A Bowl this December. While students continue to participate in a variety of fundraisers, the Boosters are reaching out to local businesses requesting a donation of $ 101: the price for one seat on the bus. Donations from local businesses help to maintain the affordability of the overall trip as well as show community support for the Nease High School music program.

The Band wishes to thank the following businesses who have answered our challenge and said, "Yes! This Seat Is Taken."
