IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STATE COMPETITION THIS SATURDAY
Friday 11/18 : Bring uniforms to school.
Saturday 11/19:
6:30 am Report to Nease
12:40 pm Warm-Up
1:36 pm Preliminary Performance
What to Wear: blacks, shorts, socks, shoes, POI show shirt, etc. You can bring clothes to change into later. Wear sweats over your shorts and shirt.
What to Bring:
1. Money. Food is very expensive inside. Students will be on their own for dinner ($20 may not be enough). Concessions are not handled by FMBC, but by the regular stadium concessions.
2. Blanket/small pillow for the bus ride.
3. Snacks for the bus ride.
Lunch Will be Provided by the Boosters:
We will provide a meal at lunchtime (Chick-fil-A sandwich or salad, chips and a drink), before entering the stadium (in the parking lot).
Parents:
1. Ride the bus. We have 10 seats left on the bus. If you would like to ride the bus, you MUST be a cleared SJCSB volunteer. Please reply back to this email with your interest to ride, and send a check to the black box Monday morning, $50 to ride (first come, first serve). You will need to pay your own admission.
2. Admission: $14 for prelims. $20 for finals. Children 8 and under are FREE. The stadium takes CASH ONLY for admission. If we do not make finals, we will stay to watch some of the finals competition.

There is a Parent Meeting Tuesday 11/15, 7pm in the band room. We will discuss more details for state, as well as information for all upcoming seasons and performance groups.

If you plan to take your child home with you from Tampa, we must have a note by Wednesday. Either send in, or email to Mr. Johnson.
